The ultimate Bioinformatics “Cheat Sheet”

The following question was recently asked on Biostar:
inspired by Keith Robison's post on "cheat sheets", what would you put on a cheat sheet for bioinformatics? This might include one-line scripts, conversion factors, handy rules of thumb, etc...

Are you sure you need both arrows? I think it is a little bit overcomplicated like this.

The first arrow (<-) actually makes this cheat sheet 50% less useful.

Excellent. Amusing. But having dual arrows on separate strands would help avoid the 3'-to-5' impossibility depicted on sld17 in your NGS presentation on slideshare.
