Gene Ontology : bad try !

Yesterday I suggested to add a new term in GO to define 3'-mRNA binding. Bad try ! I didn't see there was a GO:0003730 mRNA 3'-UTR binding. But why don't GO:0008143 Poly(A) binding inherits this ?
