Very nice graphic display for Blast outpu...Pierre,<br /><br />Very nice graphic display for Blast output.<br /><br />I just started to follow your post here, but can not replicate it.<br /><br />After I run the command, "xsltproc --novalid blast2svg.xsl blast.xml > ~/blast.xhtml", I can generate the xhtml file.
